The Help Centre now covers all seven CarBuddy products. We've added dedicated guides for Outbound Campaigns and Renewals, and every product is now listed in the navigation.

What's new​

  • Outbound Campaigns — how to launch a targeted, multi-channel campaign to thousands of customers, what data to provide, and how to read the campaign analytics.
  • Renewals — how CarBuddy engages customers approaching the end of their PCP, HP, or lease agreement, the outreach timing, and the agreement types we support.

Both guides follow the same format as the rest of the Help Centre: how it works, why it works, the data you need to provide, and how to get started with your account manager.
