Outbound Campaigns
Outbound Campaigns let you launch targeted, multi-channel outreach to thousands of customers at once. Every message is individually personalised, and the AI manages every reply — so your team can focus on closing, not chasing.
How it works
- Define your audience — Upload a customer list with the data relevant to the campaign (previous vehicle purchased, service dates, mileage, finance status, and so on)
- AI creates the campaign — Set the objective and tone; the AI generates a unique, personalised message for every customer in your audience
- Launch across channels — Messages go out via SMS and email from a single campaign
- AI manages replies — Customers reply naturally; the AI answers questions, books appointments, and escalates interested customers to the right team member with full context
Why it works

Campaign analytics

Data requirements
You need to provide:
- Customer name and contact details
- Any data the campaign should reference (vehicle, service history, finance status, etc.)
- Dealership/branch name
This data can be delivered via SFTP or CSV upload.
