Renewals proactively engages customers approaching the end of their PCP, HP, or lease agreement. The AI reaches out at the right time, talks through their options, and books them in for a handover — keeping them in your brand instead of switching to a competitor.
How it works
- Agreement data is ingested — Finance agreement end dates and customer details are imported from your DMS or finance provider
- AI reaches out at the right time — Personalised SMS and email outreach begins at the optimal window before agreement end, referencing the customer's current vehicle and agreement status
- AI conversation — The AI explains renewal options in plain language and answers questions about new models, monthly payments, and part-exchange values
- Appointments booked, leads delivered — Customers who want to explore their options are booked in for a handover, with full context passed to your sales team
Why it works
End-of-agreement is the single best moment to retain a customer — but manual outreach across thousands of expiring agreements never keeps up. Renewals contacts every customer at exactly the right time with a relevant, personal conversation.
Outreach timing
The schedule counts down to the agreement end date:

Supported agreement types
Renewals handles PCP, HP, lease, and other finance agreement types. The AI tailors its messaging based on the agreement type and the customer's options at end of term — return, retain, or upgrade.
Data requirements
You need to provide:
- Customer name and contact details
- Current vehicle (make, model, registration)
- Agreement type and end date
- Dealership/branch name
This data can be delivered via SFTP or CSV upload, and can often be imported directly from your finance provider.
