Service-to-Sales converts your existing service customers into new vehicle sales by reaching out around their upcoming service appointment.

How it works

  1. Upcoming service detected — Your service booking data is shared with CarBuddy (typically 2–4 weeks ahead of appointments)
  2. Outreach begins — Personalised outreach starts a few days before the appointment, referencing the customer's current vehicle and service history
  3. AI conversation — Customers who engage receive tailored responses about upgrade options, offers, and their next vehicle
  4. Handover — Qualified leads are flagged to your sales team before or at the time of the service appointment

Data requirements

You need to provide:

  • Customer name and contact details
  • Current vehicle (make, model, registration)
  • Service appointment date
  • Dealership/branch name

This data can be delivered via SFTP or CSV upload.
