How it works
- Upcoming service detected — Your service booking data is shared with CarBuddy (typically 2–4 weeks ahead of appointments)
- Outreach begins — Personalised outreach starts a few days before the appointment, referencing the customer's current vehicle and service history
- AI conversation — Customers who engage receive tailored responses about upgrade options, offers, and their next vehicle
- Handover — Qualified leads are flagged to your sales team before or at the time of the service appointment

Service customers are your warmest audience — they already trust you and they're already coming in. Service-to-Sales puts your team in front of them with a relevant conversation before they've even arrived.
Outreach schedule
The schedule counts down to the service appointment date:

Data requirements
You need to provide:
- Customer name and contact details
- Current vehicle (make, model, registration)
- Service appointment date
- Dealership/branch name
This data can be delivered via SFTP or CSV upload.
