You can now walk through a complete CarBuddy customer journey yourself, in minutes, using the Try It demo in the portal.
What's new
- Two ways to try it — send yourself a single message (Sample Send) to see one touchpoint, or run the full Enrolment journey end to end.
- Accelerated journey — a multi-day outreach sequence is compressed into minutes, so you can experience the whole flow in one sitting instead of waiting days between messages.
- See the handover — when you reply with interest, the qualified-lead handover that your sales team would normally receive is sent to you, so you can see exactly what they'd get.
- Reset and retry — unsubscribe and re-enrol with the same contact details to run the journey again cleanly.
Reliability improvements shipped alongside
- No duplicate messages — touchpoints are now reserved before they're sent, so a customer never receives the same message two or three times.
- Email replies always matched — inbound email replies from single-branch and demo contacts are now reliably matched to the right conversation (previously some could be dropped).
